Payment is expected at the time of scheduling.  All sales are final.

Refund Policy

Echoes of Change LLC will, at its discretion, in special cases where no sessions have been used, generate a refund if requested within the standard 24-hour cancellation period. After 24 hours all sales are final.

There are no refunds on unused sessions that were included in a bundle at time of purchase unless none of the sessions have been used AND the refund was requested within the standard 24-hour cancellation period.

Cancellation Policy

• 24 Hour Cancellation/Reschedule: If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please make sure you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours beforehand.

• You will be charged for the full rate of the session if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice.

No Shows: All no-show appointments will be charged the full rate for the session.
